e-Mail Notification

If the user wants to receive notify from device, system or operation alert, please enable these alert services on “Mail”.

Setup Receiver e-Mail

Step 1. Navigate to the Account page, and then click the pencil icon to edit the account.

Step 2. Click the row to enter the edit page.

Step 3. Fill in the correct e-mail, and then click the Save button.

Step 4. Edit account successfully.

Setup e-Mail Service

Step 1. Navigate to the Setting - System page, and click the Mail Service Setting button.

Step 2. Please fill in the following information:

On/Off: On

Email Server: smtp.gmail.com

Port: 465 SSL

Email Account: [Your google mail]

Email Password: [Your two-step validation password]

Sender Email: [Your google mail]

Email Subject: EPD

Step 3 (Optional). You can test whether this mail service works or not. Click the test button to send a test e-mail.

Fill in the following information.

If this mail service works, you should receive a mail like this.

Setup Critical Events

In the DeviceOn/ePaper platform, the majority of critical events are selected by default. If users are interested in specific events, they can configure these settings through the following steps:

Step 1. Navigate to the Setting - System page.

Step 2. Click the pencil icon to edit the events.

Step 3. Select the events that you want to receive the notification.

Step 4. Save it by clicking the save icon.
