Firmware Upgrade

EPD Device Upgrade

Step 1. Navigate to the OTA - Upgrade page, and select the EPD model under the Model option, and then select the device that you want to proceed with the firmware upgrade. Then, click the Upload icon.

Step 2. Select the firmware package that you want to upgrade for the device. Then, click OK to proceed with the upgrade action.

Step 3. Then, wait for a few minutes. EPD status will become from Upgrading to Success. After that, EPD firmware upgrade is done.

WISE-1840 Upgrade

Step 1. Navigate to the OTA - Upgrade page, and select EPD Router under the Model option, and then select the device that you want to proceed with the firmware upgrade. Then, click the Upload icon.

Step 2. Select WISE-1840 firmware that you want to upgrade for the device. Then, click OK to proceed with the upgrade action.

Step 3. Then, wait for a few minutes. EPD status will become from Upgrading to Success. After that, EPD firmware upgrade is done.

Massive Device Upgrade

If you want to upgrade ALL EPD or EPD-Router devices under EPD_Hub, you can follow the instructions below to perform the massive firmware upgrade.

Step 1. Navigate to the OTA - Upgrade page, and select EPD Hub under the Model option, and then select the device that you want to proceed with the firmware upgrade. Then, click the Upload icon.

Step 2. Select the firmware package that you want to upgrade for the device. Then, click OK to proceed with the upgrade action.

Step 3. Then, all EPD-230 device will proceed the firmware upgrade. Wait for a few minutes, EPD status will become from Upgrading to Success. After that, EPD firmware upgrade is done.
