EPD Hub Restart

If a system anomaly occurs, it is recommended to perform a service restart for either EPD Portal or EPD Hub as an initial measure to investigate whether can resolve the issue immediately.

Step 1. Open a browser and input http://{YOUR_SERVER_IP}:8090, you should see the Server Monitor login page.

Sign into Service Monitor with the default account credentials.

Step 2. Click the "Restart Service" button to initiate the service restart process.

Step 3. This action requires the provision of OS administrator credentials to initiate the log retrieval.

Step 4. This action will restart all services associated with the EPD Hub. Please wait for a few minutes until all service statuses have transitioned to a green indicator.
