Real-Time Monitoring

Real-time monitoring of EPD devices is crucial as it can display the device status over the past few hours or even days. This helps customers quickly identify issues and clarify the timing of problem occurrences, making the overall integration work more efficient.

Step 1. Click "Monitor" button on a specific EPD device.

Step 2. Select a time range and then click OK.

• Auto-Report: Open to start real-time monitoring.

Step 3. Then, you will see the line chart below.

• Total Refresh Counts: The number of EPD refresh counts since changing the batteries.

• Location Mark: Bound data for location marker.

• Device: Current EPD device.
